Kim Delaney, an American actress best known as detective Diane Russell on ABC's NYPD Blue series for which she received the Emmy Award. Also, she is known for her performances in the drama All My Children Philly CSI: Miami as well as Army Wives. Delaney is the sole child of the United Auto Workers senior executive and a domestic worker, was raised by four siblings.
